Karen is a native Floridian and has been a resident of Tampa for the past 35 years. She enjoys spending her free time exploring the Tampa Bay area to see what’s new and exciting. Being a sports enthusiast, she and her husband, Alan, love to cheer on the Rays, the Bolts, the Bucs, and her alma mater, USF Bulls! She also enjoys volunteering for her church, where she has been a member for 30 years.
Karen has been consistently named a top realtor in her brokerage. She is a VA Certified Real Estate Agent and has recently completed her Luxury Home Certification.
After leaving her beloved teaching career of 15 years for real estate, Karen discovered she has a deep passion for helping people which is what she finds fulfilling about this business. She loves problem-solving and catering to each client’s needs. She prefers to have constant communication with her clients so they are well-informed and always in the know. Karen is diligent in keeping up with the Tampa Bay Area market on a daily basis. Her business thrives because of her integrity and ethical practices.

Anna Eustis
Anna was born and raised in St. Pete and loves everything about the Tampa Bay area. After graduating from Florida State University, she moved back to St. Pete to stay close to family, where a majority of them live.
On the weekend you can find her at the beach, cheering for the Rays and Bucs, spending time with friends or serving the community with various organizations.
Anna is new to the world of real estate, but her extensive knowledge of management and community relations will ensure that every client is well informed about the home buying and selling process.
